Yua Aida was born in Aichi, Japan, on August 12th, 1984.
Aida was very active in Tennis and involved in many other sporting activities during primary and middle school.
After her graduation from high school, Aida began working as a AV model. Aida debuted in photo layouts in 2003, and made her AV debut in the January 2004 DVD release Pichi Pichi. A co-production of the KUKI and MAX-A labels, Pichi Pichi had Aida playing the role of a student writing a final paper for school on the subject of ecstasy.
Aida's second video, Your Yua Aida left the fictional narrative format to explore the documentary style common with Japanese adult videos. In her March release, Voyage, Aida played the role of a photographer who fantasizes about having sex with the male models she photographs.
In addition to her original releases, Aida's videos were anthologized many times in such collections as Blur File,Premium BEST, and three Samantha collections. Within a year of her debut, she had appeared in over 30 videos. Along with Sora Aoi, she is the most popular figure of the S1 studio. On 20 March 2006 at the 2006 Adult Broadcasting Awards, the Japanese AV industry recognized her career by awarding her the Japanese adult grand prix actress award for the year of 2005.
On 12 July 2007, Aida announced in her blog that she was retiring from appearances in AV, but plans to continue appearing in gravure and non-pornographic "Image" videos.
